The first day of SIJS 2010 not only witnessed a high profile and glamour filled inauguration ceremony but ended on a sentimental note as the eternal veterans from the GJ industry were honoured by current and eminent personalities for their valuable contributions to the trade. It was a moment of pride and glory for all the winners and their family members who witnessed the ceremony unfold with mixed emotions of joy and tears. It was a treat to watch these legends walk the ramp to collect their respective awards and even better to hear them share a few words of wisdom. Everyone waited for the gala evening to unfold and spell its magic. After all Fashion Show is one such event that adds zing to the atmosphere around. A star attraction of SIJS 2010, the Fashion Show was spread over four rounds. It was truly a mesmerizing experience especially for the first timers to watch these models sway in style and élan and exhibit the breathtaking ornaments by the sponsors. |
